Mark’s Home provides rooms for rent for women by the
day, week or month –depending on need.
Tours
may be arranged any day of the week.
Rent
depends on the length of stay, income and size of the room
Daily
or Weekly: $20 a night and $10 a day for meals.(To
insure the safety of residents,
a business or Augusta reference is required)

depends on income and size of the room
- Rents
vary from $1,000 a month to $1,600

- Meals
are included in the rent – 3 meals daily and tea time
at 3:00
- Individual
diets not prepared – refrigerators available for dietary
needs
- Set
your room up with personal furniture and items to make it
like home
- Each
room has a thermostat, sink and mirror

Laundry room is available for personal use for a small fee
- Daily
Living Policy: Each resident is responsible for her own
care and needs to be able to manage independent activities
of daily living a form signed by a physician
- No
Assisted Living: Outside services (medications,
bathing and laundry) may be engaged at your own expense
- Additional
Fees: Cable TV, your personal phone, personal AC
- No
alcohol use and no smoking on premises
- Parking
available
